The Kruglak Residence is a modern transitional take on the English Manor in Midway, Utah. Steeply pitched cross-gables and gabled dormers form an asymmetrical composition clad in limestone veneer, with painted board-and-batten accents, substantial stone chimneys and mullioned casement windows.
The palette is restrained and earthy. The character comes from proportion and honest materials: true stone, wood, cedar shake and copper.
The home has 7,142 finished square feet, including a 490-square-foot guest cottage and a theater, with a three-bay garage behind carriage doors. Blair Design Build provided the architectural design; construction, by another builder, is planned to begin in November 2026.
